    Deze 1U rackmount beschikt over voldoende dataopslag en aansluitingsmogelijkheden voor visuele applicaties. Dit maakt dit systeem uitermate geschikt als rackmount server voor beveiliging/security doeleinden. Het industriële embedded moederbord verzekert een lange leverbaarheid en maakt het mogelijk dat diverse configuraties mogelijk zijn. De processor, het geheugen en de fans zijn dan ook aanpasbaar aan de hand van de wensen van de gebruiker. RAID 0,1,5 compatibiliteit verzekert veilig databeheer via maximaal 4 verschillende WD Gold harde schijven. Ook is het systeem uit te rusten met 4 Hot-swappable 2,5 " SSD's van het merk Kingston. Deze harde schijven beschikken tevens over 256-bit AES wat end-to-end data encryptie garandeert. Daarnaast is de PC uit te breiden met NVMe SSD geheugen waardoor gebruikers zondere enige latency snel toegang zullen krijgen tot hun data. De optie om TPM toe te passen maakt het mogelijk dat zowel op hardware als software niveau een volledige beveiliging gerealiseerd kan worden. Uitgerust met een analoge VGA poort kan er voor A/V doeleinden een analoge signaal tot stand gebracht worden, waardoor er geen sprake meer is van latency. Door de aanwezigheid van 3 PCI-e sloten is het mogelijk om het systeem met diverse Network Interface Modules uit te rusten.     Het TUF Z390-PLUS moederbord van Asus biedt vele I/O mogelijkheden. Daarnaast valt dit moederbord onder de TUF kwaliteit moederborden van Asus . Het moederbord is tevens geschikt voor alle Intel® 9th Generation Core™ processoren. De processor, het geheugen en de fans zijn dan ook aanpasbaar aan de hand van de wensen van de gebruiker. Deze configuratie is verkrijgbaar met 2,5 " Kingston KC600 SSD's of 3,5 " WD harde schijven. Daarnaast is de PC uit te breiden met SSD NVMe geheugen waardoor gebruikers zonder enige latency snel toegang zullen krijgen tot hun data. Deze configuratie beschikt over 6 PCI-e sloten en kan daardoor met diverse Network Interface Modules uitgerust worden. Rackmount systems are industrial PCs that are mounted in 19 ”racks or cabinet. Arcobel supplies various 19 ”rackmount PCs in a 1U, 2U, 3U and 4U format. Although most rackmount systems are equipped with fans, you will also find rackmount systems with a fanless design in our range. In mobile or rugged environments, these fanless systems offer a solution because no moving parts are used in these configurations.

Rackmount systems are often used as a server or data acquisition system in a network environment. Thanks to a powerful CPU and a high amount of data storage, these systems can also be used for storage purposes. In addition to this, we also have CPU-GPU servers in our range, which can be used for Machine Vision or AI purposes.

All of our 19" IPC systems are integrated and tested in our ESD free production area. All systems are designed to run 24/7 and are therefore ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. Thanks to a thermally efficient and maintenance-free system design, these PCs Can be used in the most challenging environments. These rackmount systems are also future-proof due to their adaptability. A high degree of adaptation is made possible by functions such as: hot-swappable hard disks and various expansion cards.

Below you will find a wide range of standard IPC systems. These systems are therefore easy to configure on the relevant product pages. As a system integrator, we are able to configure and assemble a complete industrial PC (IPC) for you. Thanks to our many years of experience in developing and configuring industrial computers, we are the right party to help you select a responsible system.

Based on a modular design, we can translate your challenges into a fully customized industrial PC. For example, we can build an IPC based on a 3.5 ”motherboard or a Mini ITX motherboard. Arcobel also offers computer-on-module-based designs. These systems have customer specific I/O, tailored to the application in question.

Our IPCs are based on road mapped embedded components, so you are assured that an identical system can be delivered for years to come. Each component is based on quality, reliability and availability.

This embedded hardware is mounted in a 19 "chassis, tower chassis or microbox chassis. The housing can be delivered fully customized and in your own colors. This makes our systems versatile and multifunctional, ideal for applications at enterprise level or industrial level. Our 19 "chassis and microbox chassis are made of Heavy Duty Cold Rolled Electroplated steel. This type of steel has been processed to such an extent that it cannot oxidize and it is very robust. This makes this chassis ideal for the most demanding industrial environments.

Extensively tested

The configurations of all systems built by us are recorded in our ERP system, so that we can build an identical system over time or advise a correct successor.

Our industrial embedded rackmount systems are designed and extensively tested in the most demanding clean, but also dirty environments. All our industrial rackmount PCs have excellent processor power and the necessary internal memory to run industrial applications that require a lot of computing power and data processing. These industrial rackmount systems are therefore equipped with a motherboard that has sufficient memory slots, I/O and expansion slots. In this way, systems can be expanded with a graphics card, GbE, NVMe SSD, PoE ports and various Network Interface Modules.

During the design phase, the environmental conditions and possible EMC requirements are taken into account. Our IPCs also have various expansion options as standard. For example, these industrial PCs can be adapted for the relevant applications.

All our 19 "IPC systems are integrated and tested in our ESD free production area. All systems are designed to run 24/7 and are therefore ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. These IPCs have already been successfully used in, for example, network security applications, simulation, visualization and production lines.
