At Arcobel, we design and build 19 inch Rackmounts specifically tailored to industrial environments. Each system is assembled and tested in-house, using the latest technologies and offering maximum flexibility. From hardware to a custom embedded Windows image, we deliver a complete solution that combines performance, security, and stability. Our Rackmounts are available in compact 1U to 4U formats, with depths starting at just 40 cm. Perfect for installations where space is limited, but performance and expandability are critical.

Depending on your specifications, the Rackmount system can be equipped with a variety of different components.

CPU - Intel Core 14th/13th Gen
The motherboard supports Intel Core 14th/13th Gen, supporting 65W and 35W TDP models. The performance range is wide and can be adjusted to your applications needs. From Intel Core i3 to Intel Core i7, up to 20 Cores and 5.4GHz.

RAM - DDR4 and DDR5
New motherboards support either DDR4 or DDR5 memory and offer a total capacity of up to 192GB. We use industrial-grade memory from Innodisk and other trusted brands to ensure consistent quality.

SSD - Operating System and Data
Your operating system and data are better protected on industrial storage devices without compromising performance. Security features such as encryption, protection against power surges, and sudden power loss help safeguard your data and applications. Modern SSDs offer capacities of up to 8TB and typically use 3D TLC chips.

Operating System
We support Microsoft Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC and provide assistance with the implementation and integration of your custom images. Upon request, we can install your operating system before delivery to ensure a fast and efficient deployment. Linux is also available upon consultation with our technical team.
