Mil-spec computers have been developed to be used in very challenging rugged environments. These industrial embedded PCs consist of carefully selected internal and external ultra-rugged components. The Mil-Spec hardware has therefore been extensively tested to meet the CE, MIL-STD810, MIL-STD704F and MIL-STD 1275D standards. Mil-Spec PCs are sometimes also referred to as Rugged COTS (Custom Off The Shelf) and are specially developed to be exposed to debris, extreme temperatures, shocks & vibrations and in most cases to moisture. Such rugged COTS are deployed at remote rugged locations, where one depends on consistent operation and minimal downtime. For example, offshore rigs, oil and gas pipeline monitoring facilities, heavy construction equipment and space integrators all use Mil-Spec computers to monitor and control critical equipment.

Our rugged Mil-spec computers have been field tested and developed for reliable performance in very extreme environments. All of our heavy duty industrial PCs are designed to meet the Size, Weight, Power and Cost (SWaP-C) requirements and are ideal for long term deployment. Whether you need a military-grade server or a standalone rugged PC, all of our industrial embedded systems use high-quality military-grade MTBF components and are long-lasting. The systems are available as a standard COTS solution or as a 100% custom configuration to meet your stringent application requirements. Each system can be equipped with a high-quality MIL IP-67 housing to ensure optimal robustness for marine, air and ground applications

Over the years, we have been able to deliver high complexity systems on a project basis, ranging from fully integrated system enclosures to multi-rack systems. Our systems are qualified on defense platforms, including sea (ships, submarines), air (fixed and rotating wing), UAVs, on the ground (mobile, stationary).
