Rackmount systems are industrial PCs that are mounted in 19 ”racks or cabinet. Arcobel supplies various 19 ”rackmount PCs in a 1U, 2U, 3U and 4U format. Although most rackmount systems are equipped with fans, you will also find rackmount systems with a fanless design in our range. In mobile or rugged environments, these fanless systems offer a solution because no moving parts are used in these configurations.
Rackmount systems are often used as a server or data acquisition system in a network environment. Thanks to a powerful CPU and a high amount of data storage, these systems can also be used for storage purposes. In addition to this, we also have CPU-GPU servers in our range, which can be used for Machine Vision or AI purposes.
All of our 19" IPC systems are integrated and tested in our ESD free production area. All systems are designed to run 24/7 and are therefore ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. Thanks to a thermally efficient and maintenance-free system design, these PCs Can be used in the most challenging environments. These rackmount systems are also future-proof due to their adaptability. A high degree of adaptation is made possible by functions such as: hot-swappable hard disks and various expansion cards.

Our 19 "chassis and microbox chassis are made of Heavy Duty Cold Rolled Electroplated steel. This type of steel has been processed to such an extent that it cannot oxidize and it is very robust. This makes this chassis ideal for the most demanding industrial environments.
