Do you have a product in use that has become defective over time? We're sorry to hear that and would like to help resolve it for you. You can easily report the return of the product via our portal.

This works as follows:

  1. Create an account via Create Account. Then, contact your sales representative. They will authorize your registration, after which you can start the return request.
  2. 1. Log in to your account and choose the Returns option in the left-hand menu.
  3. 2. Then select the New Return Request option.
  4. 3. Select the relevant item you purchased from us, provide the reason code, and fill in the explanation for the return reason.
  5. 4. Click Save; you will immediately see your return request in the portal.
  6. 5. You will receive a confirmation of the registration, which includes the RMA number.
  7. 6. Print this email and attach it to the outside of the package. Pack the product securely and send it to us.
  8. 7. We will keep you informed of the progress via the portal.

Note:

Products offered within the warranty period will, in principle, be repaired at no cost unless the items have become defective due to improper use. This will be assessed upon receipt.

For products offered outside the warranty period, we charge a standard investigation fee of EURO 95.00 excluding VAT per hour, with a minimum of half an hour. A cost estimate can be provided in advance if desired.
