If you have a product that has become faulty over the passage of time, you can register it here easily. After you have filled in the form as fully as possible, you will receive from us, after review, an email with an RMA number. Please print this email and attach it to the outside of the packaging. Then you can send it to us in the original or other appropriate packaging.

Products offered within the warranty period will normally be repaired at no charge unless the items are defective due to improper use. For products that are outside the warranty period we will charge a standard inspection fee of EURO 95.00 ex VAT per hour with a minimum of half an hour. If desired, we can provided a cost statement in advance. By submitting the RMA form you agree to our RMA conditions.
