We offer a complete range of logistics services. Our logistics system is designed in such a way that, in addition to standard orders, call-off orders or a forecast, we can optimally supply you, taking into account your desired delivery dates. For many of our customers there is a buffer stock in stock in our warehouse. If desired, the goods are packed in customer packaging material, accompanied with your documents and delivered directly to your customer
Delivery
We deliver all our goods with UPS. You will receive a track and trace once a shipment is picked up by UPS. We charge EURO 7.50 excluding VAT shipping costs for orders under EURO 250.00 excluding VAT. For orders above EURO 250.00 excluding VAT, there are no shipping costs in the BeNeLux.
Transport damage
It can happen that during the delivery process the goods are damaged. When our carrier offers you the goods and you notice any damage, we advise you to refuse it. We will then receive the delivery back. We would like to receive a written report from you stating the nature of the damage and accompanied by the necessary photos. You can email this information to us. If you expect that the damage will not affect the product, you can simply accept the goods. You must report to the carrier that the package has been damaged. Please take pictures of the shipment and inform us.
